I met Mr. Wagoner after a not at fault accident. When I reached out to him about my case, he was very receptive, very forwards, and very nice regarding my situation. Almost felt like talking to an old buddy in a professional way. He explained to me the processes at each step, possible time periods for my case and what I could potentially expect as an end result.
I felt very comfortable allowing Mr. Wagoner to take my case through the entire thing. As time went on he would explain to me everything I needed to know and was receptive as well as thorough when answering any questions I had. I did not feel spoken down to, disrespected, or like I wasn’t the ultimate decision maker at any point during our later conversations.
Responses to text messages were answered within about a day or so, even sometimes on the weekends too if he had a spare moment.
Ultimately I’m very satisfied with Mr. Wagoner’s attitude and professionalism as well as how open and honest he was to me. I will definitely be giving him a call again in the future if I need any advice or his services again.
